1) Post Name - Company Secretary
Educational Qualification . pay scale & Age Limit
· The incumbent shall be entrusted with the entire Company Secretary functions of the Company and shall report to the Chief Executive Officer. The candidate shall be a Graduate with Associate member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India with 8 years’ post qualification experience in the Company Secretary function of a reputed industry or organization.
· The age limit is 45 years. Selected candidate will be posted in the scale of pay of Rs.12000-16700 (Under revision) plus DA and HRA. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.34,440/- (Basic Pay, 177% of DA and 10% HRA subject to rules). Higher start can be considered in cases having higher qualification and experience.
2.) Post Name – Engineer trainees
Educational Qualification . pay scale & Age Limit
· Graduates in Mechanical Engg./Electrical & Electronics/Civil Engg. With minimum of 60% marks. : Maximum age limit for the above posts are 26 years. The appointment in the first one year will be as Trainee on a stipend of Rs.10,000/- p.m. Those found suitable will be inducted into the regular scale of pay of Rs.6450-200-7650-225-11475 (E-8 Grade) (Under revision) on probation for a period of 2 years. The emoluments include DA at Govt. rates and HRA. Present total emoluments at the minimum scale works out to Rs.18,512/- (Basic Pay, 177% of DA and 10% HRA subject to rules). Other benefits are Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Conveyance Allowance, Accident Insurance etc. Age relaxation as per rules. The Management reserves its right to relax age, qualification and experience in exceptional cases.
