Qualifications for
Junior Accountants and Junior Assistant:
• Junior
Accountants: –
Qualified in Higher Secondary examination conduced by Board of Intermediate
Examination and Diploma in Office Automation / Web Designing / PC Maintenance
and Trouble Shooting from the board of technical Education and Training, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad or Bachelor of Computer Application / Bachelor of Science /
Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Technology / Engineering
with Computer Science or IT from a recognized University or the institute
recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC)
• Junior
Assistant: –
Higher Secondary from Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Examination or
they should have equivalent qualifications
Age Relaxations:
Relaxation in upper age limit for SC
/ ST / BC Candidates and State Govt. Employee of Andhra Pradesh is 5 years, 10
years for PH Candidates and 3 years for EXS, NCC and those candidates with
minimum service of 6 months in State Census Department
Remittance of Fees:
All the candidates are required to
pay of Rs.100 as application processing fees and Rs.80 as examination fees.
Candidates who belong to SC / ST / BC / PH / EXS Category are exempted from
examination fees but Rs.100 as application processing fees is compulsory for
all the applicants
Mode of Payment:
Payment of prescribed fees can be
made at AP Online Centre or any branch of State bank of India through Challan
form generated after submission of personal details in online application
format
How to apply:
1. Candidates who have all required
qualifications for the post may apply online between 24/05/2012 and 24/06/2012
through the website www.apspsc.gov.in
2. Log on to above mentioned website,
Click on “Get Challan”, fill up application format with personal derails and
submit.
3. After successfully submission of
personal details, a payment challan will be generated by the system, candidates
are required to download the same, pay appropriate fees at AP Online Centre or
any State Bank of India, get payment details with journal number
4. On next working day from payment
of fees, candidates need to re-visit www.apspsc.gov.in,
Enter Payment details, upload photographs and signature, fill up remaining
columns with required details and submit
5. After submission of online
application, candidate need to note down Reference Number for use in future
