2. Report to your school/building assignment before6:30 a.m. on the first day of examination to verify your room and seatnumber. Be punctual, late examinees will not be admitted. Examination Feeof ABSENT examinees will be forfeited.
3. Examinees are required to wear the followingattire every examination day:
Male Examinees – White polo shirts or t-shirts with collar, tucked-in
Female Examinees – White blouses or t-shirts with collar
4. Bring the following on examination day:
· Notice of Admission
· Official Receipt
· One piecemetered-stamped window mailing envelope
· Two or more pencils (No. 2)
· Ball pens with BLACKink only
· One (1) piece long brownenvelope
· One (1) piece longtransparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other alloweditems)
5. The following are Prohibited insidethe examination premises/rooms.
· Books, notes, reviewmaterials and other printed materials containing coded data/information/formula
· PROGRAMMABLECALCULATOR S.
· Cellularphones, beeper s, portable computersor other similar gadgets/devices.
· Bags of any kind (ladiesbag, shoulder bags, attaché case, backpacks, etc.)
· Other examination aidesnot stated on this program.
6. Read carefully and follow the instruction onyour Notice of Admission and Examines Guide.
NOTE: PRC will not beanswerable for prohibited items that will be lost.
