THIS EXAMINATION WILL BE COMPUTERIZED
Your school/building assignments will be posted at the PRC premises twoto three working days before the examination. Bring your NOTICE OF ADMISSIONwhen you verify your school/building assignment. Visit your school/buildingassignment prior to the day of the examination.
Report to your school/building assignment before 6:30 a.m. on the firstday of examination to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual, late examinees will not beadmitted. Examination Fee of ABSENT examinees will be forfeited.
Examinees are required to wear the following attire every examinationday:
Male Examinees – White polo shirtsor t-shirts with collar, tucked-in
Female Examinees – White blouses ort-shirts with collar
Bring the following on examination day:
o Notice of Admission
o Official Receipt
o One piece metered-stamped window mailingenvelope
o Two or more pencils (No. 2)
o Ball pens with BLACK ink only
o One (1) piece long brown envelope
o One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope(for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
The following are Prohibited inside theexamination premises/rooms.
o Books, notes, review materials and other printedmaterials containing coded data/information/formula
o PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS.
o Cellular phones, beepers, portable
o Bags of any kind (ladies bag, shoulder bags,attaché case, backpacks, etc.)
o Other examination aides not stated on thisprogram.
NOTE: PRC will not beanswerable for prohibited items that will be lost.
